Alba Sarraute (Argentona, 1982)
She trained at the Académie Fratellini in Paris and at the Rogelio Rivel Circus School in Barcelona. For over twenty years, she has developed a personal artistic path at the crossroads of contemporary circus, physical theatre, and visual dramaturgy. Her creations have been presented in theatres, festivals, and public spaces, both nationally and internationally.
She is currently the director of the Trapezi Circus Festival in Reus and collaborates with municipalities, festivals, and creation spaces on scenic projects and dramaturgical accompaniment processes.
Her work has received several awards and distinctions, including the National Culture Award of Catalonia.
